Shop Summary:
Mainly high-end (read snobby) road shop.

Customer Service:
Horrible customer service. I walked around for 10 minutes today with literally no other customers in the store looking for a bike to buy for my wife. Not one of the 4 or 5 employees "on duty" even acknowledged my presence in the store. Do I have to wave a fist full of cash around to get someone's attention?

There are other shops in town that will get my money before I will ever drop a cent in Cyclemania again.
