Shop Summary:
I would have Cape Able work on my bikes as they know what they are doing, but if your looking to buy a bike, forget. Never anything in stock except some beginner hardtails. They've told me to look on trek or gary fisher's website.LOL whatever

Customer Service:
ok if they see you come in or feel like coming over

Shop Summary:
I beleive that capeable bike shop is one of the best bycicle shops in the Kennebunks or Maine for that matter. One reson I enjoy there shop is because it is a family area, certain employes try to convince children to get out biking more.and you can tell right when you walk in the store.
Another reson I enjoy capeable, is there selection of bikes. they have comfort hybrid bikes, road bikes, mountain bikes, womens bikes, kids bikes, costom bikes and triathalon. that is hell of a selection!
the last reson I enjoy capeable bike shop is they fix bikes and give you ideas of new things to adjust what you like in your riking style. in all capeable bike shop is great for anyone.

Customer Service:
I have never had any trouble with costomer service, but I do not have much to say about it for I have wasted my breath on the summary. Anyone I mean anyone that works at capeable knows just about every thing in the shop. Also when they work on your bike there's nobody with a lackof experience.

Shop Summary:
Capeable is pretty cool to have around becuase is it one of the only bike shops in the area, and it is very close to me, making it the one i use most often.

Customer Service:
Their customer service is OK for the most part, one or two employees have not been very nice to me, the work they do it top notch, but they have tried to scam me and my family becuase they didnt think we knew what we were talking about (as stated before this is with a select few employees). All of the bad things that have happened has happen over a year ago, since then it has been great.

For the most part, all of the other employees are very good and often times let me borrow tools and other things for me to take home! That is A+ customer service!

Other Comments:
Be friendly and ask about their weekly rides, i havnt really gotten a chance to ride with them, but if you do i am sure they would like it very much.
Also if you are a downhiller e-mail me and we can set up a ride.

ratings:
i gave the customer service a 3 becuase of past bad expericances, but if it was based only on recent ones, i would give it a 4-5

Technical expertice gets a 4 becuase i have been told things that i know are not true to try and scam me, and my family members (they said i coulnt take my cassett off and put a new one on, they said i needed a new wheel!), so thats why they dont get a 5.

overall rating is 4 beacuse i have been pretty happy with this shop and i will be coming back for a while, they have stopped trying to scam me and are friendly now so i dont really have any complaints, all of those bad expericanes happened over a year ago.
