Great shop in Midcoast Maine. Some nice frames, bikes, and parts in stock. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable; will definitely be stopping in when I'm passing through; at an hour from where I live it's a bit far to be my LBS... Customer Service:
Great. I was hunting for a disc caliper adapter for a new brake set. They had the part in stock and had it waiting for me the next day at a price as low as any I'd seen. Am already strongly considering buying my wife's bike there next summer.

Excellent! When I needed a new Kona frame that they didn't normally carry in stock, there was no delay in ordering one from the manufacturer. Davis Carver has been amazing in getting my questions answered quickly and efficiently both on the phone and via email, even at 3:00am (not typical)! I've since purchased a bunch of stuff from bikeman.com and every order has been a pleasant experience. Since I'm in Vermont, shipping time is typically less than one business day. I continue to buy from there on a regular basis.

I have only ordered merchandise from them online (Bikeman.com), but they had everything I needed. Customer Service:
Great! I was hesitant to spend a good sum of money at an unfamiliar retailer but I couldn't be happier with the purchase. Everything was shipped quickly and with tracking numbers. More importantly, if I had a question, I could just pick up the phone and call directly. They were happy to help me with the installation questions (susp fork, brakes and headset). I can't even get service that easily at my LBS.
I would/will gladly purchase from Bikeman again.
