Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: let me start off this review by saying that the shop is amazing, they have something for everyone. from trials bikes to low riders. but that seems to be the only good thing so far... Customer Service: i purchased a new bike there yesterday. i had called and talked to someone there before, seeing if they had a specific bike, they did, so i made the trip to go test it out. after a short test ride i realized that the bike wasn't put together properly at all. it wouldn't shift into any gears, and the seals that seal the fork kept coming loose and riding up. after being told that all this was "normal" and that the seals were "supposed to do that" by the owner, one of the bike techs came out and corrected her statements. then took the bike back in to "fix" what the other tech had messed up.
so we went and had a bite to eat and came back, an hour later. should be all set right. Wrong. the bike was still not shifting properly, they had to replace the fork with one off of another bike, and pretty much completely re build it. after a few minuets of tweaking the shifting problem was fixed, so i paid and brought it home. but not 10 minuets into its maiden voyage, it wasn't shifting right, and the seals were riding up the fork again. i am bringing it back today so they can replace the fork and do some tuning. Other Comments: all in all, they have a lot of stuff there, although, it might not be put together correctly. i would enjoy my bike a lot more if i could actually ride it. and it would be nice to talk to someone that actually knew what they were talking about. instead of getting conflicting comments from the owners and the techs.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: upon walkign in to the shop the first thing youwill notice is that there is more stuff crammed into this shop then a warehouse, they have something for everyone at this shop, from the Mountain biker to the roadie, to the kid who needs a tricycle, or the people building custom low rider bikes. this place has everything and usually more then one of everything, unlie most places whom have one set of grips this shop must have 15 at least, just to name an example. Customer Service: I went in looking for a single speed. i called around and i was told that they had one. upon arriving i was greeted with over the top customer service from every one there. although they where busy they all made sure that i didnt get left behind and assured me that i would be helped. theysaid they had two bikes of the model i wanted the one built was too small. so Bruce put together the "medium", which turned out to be a large, due to a mis read box. Bruce stayed an hour late to put this bike together for me, only to have it be the wrong size. but this is when the people there shined you see he offered to turn another bike into single speed for me which i declined, no sense ruing a good gearie right? so i left with no bike on monday however i called them and bruce informed me that he had contacted the dealer and was getting a Replacement frame in my size. he then stripped the wrong sized frame down and put a medium together withits parts, and i still paid ledd then MSRP for the bike. IF thats not service im not sure what is?
