Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: The Bethesda location of Big Wheel bikes is small on space and big on customer service and having the right products. The store manager Eric is always available, friendly, and very knowledgeable. This store can set you up with a great road bike from a great selection of brands: Cervelo, Litespeed, Orbea, Bianchi, Guru, etc.
Since this store is part of a four store chain that is locally owned you get good service and even though this location is somewhat small the VA store is huge and they have lots of inventory that is a phone call and pick up away. Customer Service: This store can be busy, it is located next to a major bike trail, but Eric and the rest of the staff try to help everyone as quickly and effectively as possible. If there is something they don't know about, they will tell you up front instead of B.S.ing you or trying to sell you another product. Then they'll do a little research and get you the info on what you need. When I wanted a set of American Classic wheels, they were not a dealer but the next Monday they became a dealer to order me some as opposed to sending me around town or having me order them over the net. Other Comments: This shop will go the extra mile to make sure you get what you need. They sell a lot of bikes you'll see in the pro peloton like Cervelo and Orbea. They also sell Fuji, Bianchi, Kona, and lots of other nice bikes... best of all this store treats its customers as a valuable commodity. They seem to be aware of the fact that there are other bike shops in the area and so they give you good reason to shop with them.
