Weekend Warrior Shop Summary:
I normally like Joe's, however, I took my bike there recently to put a new pair of brakes on it. It has been three weeks and they still don't know when it's going to be ready. They needed to order a part and granted, it was a formula hose they needed, it doesn't take three weeks for one hose. Haven't been kept up to date at all and am having to call myself and still nothing helpful out of who ever is there. It's fine if you want stuff, but if you want service, go elsewhere. Never really had good customer service when I've been there but this event marks a new low. Other Comments:
Again, it's fine if you want stuff. They are knowledgeable with all the products they carry and will know whats right for you. Just don't go there for any major services.
