Shop Summary:
Just stopped in for the first time today and the mechanics were the most helpful I have ever run into. I was having a hard time finding a replacement Mavic bladed spoke and called around to other local shops (Performance, where I bought the wheelset) and couldn't get what I needed at all.

The guys in the service shop at Lutherville were more than happy to order the spoke for me even though it will require them to order a whole set. Nice people, great service, and very accomodating.

Customer Service:
Excellent.

Shop Summary:
They were very informative and friendly. Needed a couple upgrades, for a recently purchased bike and the mechanic helped guide me into needed additions, and advised against some unneeded additions/upgrades. Will definitly return for additional work, parts and the Wednesday night ride.

Customer Service:
Customer service was great, have not really had a bad expierence at any of the local shops. I feel very lucky in this department, I had a couple bad expierences in DC prior to moving to Mobtown.

Shop Summary:
great shop, best brands, best people, and solid prices. they have a lot of high end road stuff, which i like as i am also a roadie, the mountain selection is still solid however. I cant stand a few shops around here (princtonsports) and this one is my favorite for sure

Customer Service:
very good service, especial at the off hours i find myself going in

Other Comments:
dont go in to buy tiny parts like cable or housing, otherwise they are spot on with price

Shop Summary:
It's one of the better shops around the area. I would definately consider buying a bike from them eventhough I am a princeton sports fan. If you don't see it they can get it or build it. They are very nice and more than willing to have a conversation with you. There selection on the showroom floor could be a little larger, but no complaints. When my bike goes up, hopefully not for a while, I will definatley go there for a test ride.

Customer Service:
More than willing to talk and give cataloges.

Other Comments:
Definately should support this shop, or princeton sports.
