Bike Shop Owners! We have a new feature we call the Rating Badge. The Rating Badge is a small graphic image (150x58 pixels) that displays your shop's rating and number of reviews on Mtbr.com. You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML code found in the Rating Badge section of your review page. More details about the Rating Badge here»
Griffin Cycle

Family owned bike shop with everything you need. They have great customer service with very knowledgeable people working there who know not only how to sell a bike, but also how to service and maintain a bike. Good selection of everything from entry-level hybrids to top of the line carbon-fiber road bikes and full-suspension mountain bikes. The service department generally has a faster turn-around date than any of the other bike shops in the area. Also, all of their new bikes come with a 15 month service warranty. That means 15 months of free adjustments.

Shop Summary:
This is a neighborhood bike shop with all the strengths and weaknesses that brings. Selection is a bit small and weighted toward youth riders and their parents.

Customer Service:
The mechanics can be good, or you might wind up with the kid just learning how to fix a bike. I do know that I would not take an especially difficult repair to them.
