Bike Shop Owners! We have a new feature we call the Rating Badge. The Rating Badge is a small graphic image (150x58 pixels) that displays your shop's rating and number of reviews on Mtbr.com. You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML code found in the Rating Badge section of your review page. More details about the Rating Badge here»

Shop Summary:
Generally a good selection of product. That's about all they have going for them...

Customer Service:
Poor. Snobby. I needed a tube a few months back... I stood by the entrance to the mechanics' area, where (all) the employees were BS'ing, for 5 minutes, before they even acknowledged my presence... Then once I was finally greeted (I'd obviously interupted them doing whatever it is that they do there... still not sure what that is, because they can't FIX bikes), I purchased my tube and got my free attitude along with it. Then I was on my way and asked myself: "Why did I come here again?"

Other Comments:
Only go there if I really need something and no one else has it... Don't go for advice... it's not good, too expensive, and generally comes with a free serving of piss-poor attitude.
