Shop Summary:

Customer Service:
I've never really had too many problems at this shop before until recently, when I tried to return my first items. I try to do all of my work on my bike myself and for the first time I had to do some work on my BB, so I went to Cambrige Bicycle and picked up a couple tools to do so. When I got home and set up outside (small apartment), one of my new neighbors offered me the use of his tools. Well, since I really didn't have the money to begin with, didn't need the tools anymore, and hadn't opened them, I decided to return them to Cambridge Bicycle. When I returned, however, I was informed that there were no returns; only exchanges and credit. I had JUST bought the tools a couple hours before, the price tags were still on, the packaging was unopened and just as pristine as when I bought it, and the guy who rang me up was still there! WTF? I could understand this if the packaging was messed up, but it wasn't. Horrible Customer Service. I used my credit and left vowing never to return.

Other Comments:
I usually hit this place up since it was so close to home, but REI and many LBS have the same products for a lesser price. If you need something stat and its something with zero percent chance to return it, use this as a last resort.
