Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Great shop specializing in MTBing.
I just bought a GT 29er from Brian after he let me ride the loaner bike for 2 weeks. The guys in the service department made sure everything was right before I took delivery
Customer Service: Service is second to none.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary:
Mountain, BMX, Cross, Road, Commuter... they do it all. Service is a specialty, and all the boys are willing to spend some time dishing out (good!) advice. Fair prices on quality bikes, parts, service and accessories. No attitude. No ATTITUDE!!! Customer Service: As I said above, Service is a specialty. Quick turnaround times and quality workmanship is standard. Other Comments: Hands down THE BEST Mountain bike shop in the Boston Metro area. Ask for Ralphie. Bring him a bone.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Brian and his guys have built a great shop for everything from family cycling to freeriding. Great selection of bikes and parts, and repairs are meticulous. Customer Service: My family has purchased 6 bikes and countless repairs and parts from him over the past few years. Everybody at JRA rides so they know what works and what doesn't. They can give a solid assessment of what *you* need for *your* riding style and never push stuff that's more than you need. There are other bike shops in my area, but JRA is worth the 45 minute drive for the peace of mind that I'll be taken care of properly.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Good local shop close to the Fells Customer Service: Just got an Evil Sovereign from Brain. He stayed on top them getting it in and they gave me a great deal at the end of the day.
