Cross Country Rider Shop Summary:
This place is great. Upstairs they've got climbing gear, hiking stuff, coffee bar and lots of other overpriced stuff. Once you get downstairs, that's where all the magic happens. Ken and Alan couldn't be more pleasant to work with. Great knowledge of just about everything bike. Ken actually tried to break my brand loyalty and sell me a cheaper bike than I had chosen. I could go on for hours about how great this shop is. I can't believe that nobody else has written a review for these guys. Customer Service:

Awesome trail system leading out of their parking lot. Sweet singletrack, fast double, heard some crazy stuff about road gaps. Great shop, great people, that's why I keep going back (plus I keep breaking my ride).
