You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML code found in the Rating Badge section of your review page. More details about the Rating Badge here»

Shop Summary:
I HAVE TO ADMIT I AM NOT REALLY IMPRESSED WITH NEW ENGLAND BICYCLE. MY OLD FRIEND FROM HIGH SCHOOL WORKED THERE AND I WAS MORE THAN HAPPY TO GO IN AND TALK TO HIM ABOUT RIDING. BUT UNTIL RECENTLY I HAVE NOT SEEN HIM THERE IN A WHILE. NOW YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE ACTUAL OWNER OF THE SHOP. THIS GUY IS A COMPLETE NARCISSISTIC DICKHEAD. I ASKED HIM A FEW QUESTIONS ABOUT MY BIKE AND BEFORE I COULD REALLY ASK HIM ANYTHING HE WAS QUICK TO STOP ME AND TELL ME MY BIKE SUCKS AND THAT IS WHAT I GET FOR BUYING A MOTOBECANE ONLINE. THE JACKASS THINKS THAT EVERYONE HAS THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO JUST PISS AWAY ON A BIKE. HE OBVIOUSLY EITHER LIVES WITH MOMMY AND DADDY AND OR DOESN'T HAVE TO PAY FOR A MORTGAGE, VEHICLES AND OR HAVE ANY KIDS! I WAS SIMPLY GOING TO HIM AS A GUY WHOM ENJOYS RIDING BIKES ONCE / TWICE A WEEK FOR EXERCISE. THIS GUY IS A FEW CARDS SHORT OF A FULL DECK IN THE COMMON SENSE DEPARTMENT AND FOR AS MUCH MONEY AS WHAT HE WANTS FOR SOME OF THOSE BIKES IN THE SHOP, THEY'D BETTER COME WITH AN ENGINE ON IT AS WELL OR AT LEAST HAVE FREE SERVICE FOR LIFE! SAVE YOURSELF A TRIP AND AVOID THIS CLOWN. GO TO FAMILY BIKE IN AGAWAM. THE GUY FIXED MY BIKE FOR FREE AND GAVE GREAT ADVICE THAT DEFINITELY WILL MAKE ME RETURN AS A CUSTOMER IN THE FUTURE.

Customer Service:
EVERYONE EXCEPT FOR THE DICKHEAD OWNER IS OKAY. BUT THAT GUY FORGET IT..

Other Comments:
MAYBE IF THE OWNER WASN'T SUCH A NARCISSISTIC ASS I WOULDN'T HAVE POSTED THIS, BUT I FELT IT WAS RIGHT FOR ME THE CUSTOMER TO WARN OTHERS OF HIS BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. I'D LOVE TO SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES BUT HONESTLY GRAVITY WAREHOUSE / NEW ENGLAND BICYCLE GO BELLY UP AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

Shop Summary:
Very knowledgeable and can get pretty much any part.. The Stevens boys are usually around, the older one is the moto guy and the younger one is a Sinister pro.

Customer Service:
Brian is the number 1 mechanic around. just be sure to get your bike in there when he is there and not hiking! Of course Seth and everyone else there are also above par mechanics, but Brian is in a league of his own.

Other Comments:
Do the shop rides in summer if you want to get fit. The Darrell/Granville ride will destroy any previous idea of what a "true" mountain bike ride is. Beyond technical and thoroughly insane, addictive in nature. I never miss a single one.
