Shop Summary:
Although I bought my bike there, I dont really ever go back for anything other to check out their prices, which as mentioned before are too high. The service is slow, and Jeff the service guy pretty much ignores you if you have a question. There are way better mechanics in a competetive store not to far away (Barneys). Barneys also encourages diy by helping with tool choices and tips.

Shop Summary:
This shop has something for everyone. The only problem I have is that there are so many guys name Eric. I can't keep track of who's who. One guy named Eric looks like he could break some power lifting records if he started using HGH and anabolic steroids. You'll know what I'm talking about when you see him.

Customer Service:
Besides having some of the sweetest baby blue eyes, the shop manager, Jeff, is an all round nice fellow. He's helped me out on numerous occasions. There's an other mechanic, Ken, who's excellent at bending steel, doing the custom jobs that not every mechanic is capable of doing. Once I had a rim that was unridable, but after Ken smashed it against the wall a few time, amazingly it was straigt enough to ride.
As some other reviewers mentioned, some times service can be slow. This place can get swamped. I'm smart enough to know when they're in over their heads, and I don't expect as much.

Other Comments:
The store manager Neil, and the shop manager Jeff have always been a pleasure to deal with.

Shop Summary:
Though sometimes extremely busy, over the years these guys have been very good to me.

Customer Service:
Not only is the shop manager Jeff extremely nice, but he's also pretty easy on the eyes, if you know what I mean. Once I needed adviced on setting limit screws, and Jeff was very informative. He showed me a lot.

Other Comments:
The shop manager, Jeff, and the store manager Neil, have always been great to deal with and have always taken care of my needs.

Shop Summary:
this shop is awesome. these guys have always been there for me. I had a shifting issue and they took it in at lunch time and fixed it free of charge. what else could you ask for. the prices are def msrp however they do have great deals alot of the time and i don't mind spending more money for a part there because I know they will always take care of me when I go in for anything. I recomend everybody I know intrested in a bike to go there. Dan has been awesome with me and infact everybody there is always willing to help me and my friends when we go in. Also most of the time when I go in they have all the parts i am looking for in stock. I know alot of other shops that you have to order everything. so overall I just can't say that i have any complaints.

Shop Summary:
this shop is over priced, they add on dealer prep.

Customer Service:
it took 1/2 hour to be waited on...very poor tech. dept. had problems fixing my bike...went to another area shop to fix the problem for less money that they charged to look aT IT.

Other Comments:
service is the most expensive in all of the area...tune-up is nothing more than a light cleaning...
