Bike Shop Owners! We have a new feature we call the Rating Badge. The Rating Badge is a small graphic image (150x58 pixels) that displays your shop's rating and number of reviews on Mtbr.com. You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML code found in the Rating Badge section of your review page. More details about the Rating Badge here»

Shop Summary:
It is hard to overstate how good this shop is. The expertiese of the staff is formidable without being overbearing. They'll let you know the best options for your bike , offering you a wide range of options for a wide range of prices. They are polite and really laid back and have no "I'm a bike mechanic, who are you to speak to me"-mentality. Still, if you think you can go in with airs, you'll soon find out that they know much, much more about bikes than you do.

Customer Service:
Excellent. Different people throughout the years have been a little nicer than others, but overall they are really kind.

Other Comments:
Used to live around the corner from them. They're very community minded and give discounts to people who take classed from them. If you don't want to have them work on your bike but want to use their tools, they'll charge you a discounted rate for use of the shop.
