like said in previous review its a one man shop but he goes above and beyond to help you with anything you need. Customer Service:
excellent customer service. like i said he will help you in any way he can. extremely knowledgable about old as well as new parts. and bikes. will order just about anything you need and have it to you in a timely fashion. and the prices are extremely reasonable. no huge markups like other lbs in the area. Other Comments:
bill is a great guy and will do anything to make his customers happy. thats why he has been in the business for 35 years now. i bought my first bike from him and will keep going back until he retires or i cant ride anymore. he is even letting me help him put my new disc brakes and wheels on my bike. would never hear that from any other shop in the area. all they care about is money. bill is a geniune guy.

Small shop like the description says. Not a ton of bikes in stock but my special order bike was in and built 5 days after I ordered it. Customer Service:
Bill Fox certainly knows the industry and will do everyting possible to help you out. I bought a new Rockhopper from him recently and it was assembled properly and adjusted perfectly. When you get service there you can count on the fact he will do the service himself and not an untrained person "out back"
Prices were better than other Specialized dealers to boot!!!
Good shop highly reccomended
