Shop Summary:
I brought my 1988 Cannondale in for a tune up in 2015. It was the first tuneup since the Shimano just kept performing well. They had it for 2 days. It came back running as good as new. Two summers later and it is still running perfect. Great people in the store too. I reccomend this to anyone that neds to understand their bike before buying.

Shop Summary:
Finally someone that carries something other than Specialized and Trek. Large show room wide variety of inventory and pricepoints.

Customer Service:
I walked in looking for some seat post hardware, Ileft 90 minutes later with an offer to demo a new 29er at the owners local trail complete with a map and directions to get there. I felt more like a valued customer there than at my former local shop where I bought my bike.

Other Comments:
If you want honest quidence and don't want to feel guilty because you can't spend $1000, this is your place. No brand snobery was evident here.

Shop Summary:
When you walk into this shop you don't feel like your talking to a bike shop employee, you feel more like you are talking to a riding buddy. Very knowledgeable staff and they actually ride mountian bikes too!! They always have some demo bike's that they are happy to lend out at a moments notice. If they tell you they will call you back with an answer to a problem, keep your phone handy because they will call in a timely fashion.

Customer Service:
Helped me out with a warranty issue on a 10 year old bike that I did not even buy from them.

Other Comments:
I try and go to the shop late afternoon so I can then head over to the Dark Hourse Saloon for a couple of road soda's

Shop Summary:
Best shop in Worcester! Ummm, 30 minutes away but certainly worth the drive, I live about a mile from the biggest shop in the city and won't even waste my time with the place anymore. Southbridge Bike is run by real riders, great mountain bike place, I don't do road so not qualified to comment on that.

Customer Service:
Ben is a walking computer, if it is out there he knows about it. Great bike new bike setup.

Other Comments:
Nice mellow shop, don't have to worry about getting screwed here

Shop Summary:
Best shop in the area. You can expect to be treated right and not get overcharged for your purchase.

Customer Service:
Staff is knowledgeable and easy to talk to. No pressure, but able to recommend the right bike/part for the job.

Other Comments:
Recent ownership change has brought me back to this shop. Happy to have a reliable local shop within a few miles of my house rather than having to drive 25+ miles for good service.
