Weekend Warrior Shop Summary:
If you want an over produced trek or any other line of the trek series (gary fisher, giant) go here or just stay home and burn your money. I mean come on Customer Service:
customer service is not the best at all. most of the time you get help from someone and then they need help from someone just to find out they have to order it. when it comes in they charge way more than you should have to pay. Other Comments:
This was a good shop when they were down on south washington before the trek name was added to there title. but i guess they have to pay that expensive rent somehow.

The shop is very nice, and has alot of bikes. Customer Service:
The customer service here used to be great. I ordered a bike from there about a year ago from overseas. The bike needed to be shippied to me. Well, when the bike was shipped, it arrived damaged due to being improperly packaged. After many emails to the manager, the problem was never resolved. The next time I buy bike, it will not be from this shop.

very good service, staff is knowledgable and helpful. store is well organized and stocked with most items. parking isn't great if your in a fullsize van or truck. unfurtainatly the city won't let them put a bike rack out front.
