Cross Country Rider Shop Summary:
Poor service!!!!! I went in deciding between Epic and Stumpy. No real good advice from a salesman D---. I put money down on the EPic and it was to be delivered on a Thursday. I got it the next week. No calls on updates. When I finally get it in, I go for the set-up. D---, I guess didn't feel like doing it. First thing, the sticker on the top of the frame was way off. No price adjustment, but E---- said he would get me free Specialized stuff (Nothing yet). So after waiting 30 minutes for D--- to help set the bike up, I asked E----. He was a good help. I call for my 30 day service, but it is to busy to get it within a week. I had to call and leave three messages before I got a call back at the end of the day. Customer Service:
What customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Other Comments:
I wish there was a Specialized dealer closer to me.
I phoned Specialized and they hinted towards this bike being purchased through the flawed bike website. Meaning they probably paid pennies opn the dollar to get this bike and I saw nothing of a return on it. Specialized said "they can't say for sure but it looks fishy."

They carry a good mix of mountain bike and bmx gear. A great selection of bikes in stock. Very single speed friendly as well! Customer Service:
Simply the most friendly customer service around. Very knowledible staff. Great guys to ride with to boot!

Great shop located close to the areas that I ride. Every issue that I have had they have promptly fixed. Customer Service:
Great customer service. I am able to speak with the mechanics about the issues with my bike. The shop floor service is equally impressive. Other Comments:
It is nice to go to a shop, not feel intimidated because you’re not using the "right" word. They listen to the concern and quickly apply the fix.
