Shop Summary:
great place, they have two mechanics that I have dealt with and they are the best in town- no doubt. those guys will work with you - reasonable prices on the service work they do. awsome mechanincs. their lifetime free tuneup program is sweet, they adjust stuff for free every time you take your bike in. no free chains or sprockets, ect. but they still look things over and adjust them.

Customer Service:
their service is really good, with the excepton of price, I really cant think of anything they could do better- other than their prices on some stuff. Not snooty and really knowledgable. they dont push you to buy more than you need, and have quite a bit in stock. nice clean showroom with a lot in stock, good shop but dont go there if you are looking for a "smoking" deal. they will get you the best bike for your needs and get you the best fit in town, wich is worth more than the price according to me.

Other Comments:
great place.

Shop Summary:
This shop has an excellent selection of bikes and parts, common, and obscure that seem to cater to whatever kind of rider you are. I love the Surly Karate Monkey Single Speed with the white velocity rims!

Customer Service:
Every employee is nuts about bikes and it shines through in the customer service. They always seem eager to help. Now that I have moved out of state I hope I can find a shop as good as Ada!

Shop Summary:
Great showroom, clean, well lit, plenty of space to check out bikes. They tend to be a bit on the pricey side. Some of their sales staff seem a little inexperienced, but they are resourceful enough to go and find the answers you are looking for.

Customer Service:
Their mechanics, a couple of them in particular are great and really know their stuff. They all seem very interested in what they do and are friendly to the customers. A couple of their techs can be a little bit of a bling snob type. One tried to pawn off a $38 seat clamp skewer on me for a bike that clearly didn't need that kind of jewelry.

Other Comments:
Sometimes I have noticed thier part prices running 20% higher than the same part 4 miles down the road. Same goes for their flat rate service charges (truing, BB install, wheel hub overhaul, etc).
