Cross Country Rider Shop Summary:
Nice place right in between Battle Creek and Kalamazoo. Worth a little drive for the great prices and service. Customer Service:
All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Alfred's E. Bikes had my bike for two weeks and didn't touch it, but Dan and his staff had my bike for 20 minutes and almost had it finished and ready to ride. Great prices, great people, great bike shop. Other Comments:
I recommend Custer Cyclery to anyone and everyone who rides. They'll take care of you as quickly as they can no matter what you need done and their prices are very reasonable. Thanks again guys, you'll see me next time I need anything for my bike.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary:
This is the coolest small shop I've ever been in. They have a large supply of parts on hand and are willing to get right on the repairs so you don't have to wait long. Nice selection of bikes, parts and accessories. I think they have more parts on hand than many of the bigger shops I've been in. Staff is really cool and helpful. Customer Service:
I can't say more than that they took a new wheel apart to get me the freehub body I needed for my mavic wheel so I could get beck out and ride the rest of the weekend. That saved my weekend and I don't know if there are many other shops who would have done the same. Awsome service and they know their stuff. The owner is cool and made sure that I was taken care of on the spot. I just can't say enough about these guys! I have found my new shop! Other Comments:
Custer Cyclery and it's staff ROCK! I was referred to the shop by some other riders at the trailhead and I'm sure glad I listened to them. If your in the area stop in and say hi to Big Dan and the guys. You will be glad you found them! Best shop in SW Michigan as far as 'm concerned!
