Ride Boutique

Ride Boutique is my concept of what a professional bicycle retail store can be. All is based around attention to detail and killer customer service. Customer service to me goes way beyond being nice, having a well kept store etc. My vision of customer service revolves around expert bicycle fitting, rock star product knowledge and providing my customers with the ultimate selection of high quality merchandise in a one-of-a-kind environment. I love everything about the bicycle and bicycle culture and love to talk about anything bicycle, but what really drives me is being known as one of the best professional bicycle retailers in the country. Even though Ride Boutique is just getting started on the journey to my goal, the GOAL IS THE FOCUS. Simple ingredients will make my recipe a success - honesty, integrity and a never ending quest to be the best. Not the lip service type best, but the proven best to my satisfied customers. I invite you to come and check out Ride Boutique.

Shop Summary:
I was amazed by the shop layout the first time I walked in! Completely proffesional, Chad and his crew are extremely knowledgeable and honest, something I have found some shops lacking. I have purchased two bikes from Ride and I am very happy. Chad has always steered me in the proper direction and has sold me bicycles that fit my needs, not my wants. I have worked retail for over 18 years now and I have found a cycling shop that treats me the way I have treated my customers; with upmost respect and courtesy.

Customer Service:
Incredible. Ride Boutique has always meet my needs in a timely fashion. Chad and Mike spent three hours with me when I was fitted for my new road bike and paid great attention to all my needs with perfect detail and results. I could not be happier.

Other Comments:
If you are a serious rider or even a weekender who enjoys slow rides, Ride Boutique is the shop to go to. They treat me like I am their most important customer when I am in there. I could not ask for anything more.

Shop Summary:
I posted a full review on the Ann Arbor store, but I noticed this one as well.

Customer Service:
Perfecto

Other Comments:
The best high-end store around. Don't bother looking for a 200.00 bike there.

Shop Summary:
I thought that these guys just did high end bikes, but they hooked me up with a very nice Felt mountain bike for under 600. Chad treated me great and the selection of bikes was great. I was used to seeing the same bikes in every shop. It seems like every store is a Trek dealer and it was refreshing to see unique brands. I had never even heard of Felt, but I feel like I really know the difference in bikes now.

What was the closer for me was the mechanic at Ride, Rob. On top of a great bike education - the shop area is very clean and Rob is a certified mechanic and really knows what he is doing. It was impressive to see a repair shop with 4 or 5 over 5k bikes on stands.

If you want to be treated great and get the right stuff, I would reccomend RIDE!

Customer Service:
Amazing attention to every little detail. I can't believe that they dissasemble 500 bikes and completely rebuild them.

Other Comments:
I will gladly drive from Ann Arbor 15 minutes North.

Shop Summary:
Clean, open, relaxed, & comfortable. Most shops would use the floor space for their fitting area to push product, while Ride uses it for the benefit of their customers.

Customer Service:
Nice people who seem to be passionate about cycling (& snowboarding, too).

Other Comments:
They have some serious bikes to drool over... Parlee, Bianchi, Look, Seven, Cannondale, Maverick, etc. It's fun to just walk in & look at what they've got in there.

Shop Summary:
This is in my opinion, the best shop in Michigan. The guy Chad opened it last November. I am very in tune with high end shops (I traveled to upstate New york to buy my Serotta) and Ride is among the best of the best. Even though Chad doesn't sell Serota (he needs to)he sells bikes from Seven and Guru. I trusted him to do a retrofit on my Ottorot and I was blown away. He has a Serotta sizecycle and measued my spin on individual feet and used video to help me. More importantly, he took the time to show me how to sit on my bike to produce more power and fire off my muscles in the right sequence. I did not know!!! I do now. He used a massage table and measured my flexibility. This guy knows what the Hell he is doing. I reccomend him if you want the best. His fits are not cheap (200) but after the attention I got, I would say they are underpriced. Go see Chad at Ride Boutique in Brighton and see the best new shop in Michigan in a long time.

Customer Service:
Better than perfect

Other Comments:
Thanks for the sweet towel
