Downhiller Shop Summary:
***I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP*** They offer reasonable prices, but have VERY SLOW SHIPPING!!! I made two orders on their website over a week ago and they still have not shipped either one. One order was a frame and the other a seat post and a seat collar. I expect to have to wait a day or two but this is getting ridiculous! I sent them two emails on their website inquiring about the status of my orders in the past two days and they have not responded.
I am sure that they are a great shop if you can stop by but it appears that their INTERNET ORDERS ARE A NIGHTMARE. If ordering online try Universal Cycles, Jenson, Cambria, Bikeman, Speedgoat, anything else. Customer Service:
None yet. They have not responded to my questions submitted via their "contact form." Other Comments:

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary:
This is a great LBS, which i've visited a few and have been given good product adivce each time. I also like their supporting website just as well. Since i don't live close to the shop, its just as convenient to call with questions and then place the order online and have it delivered, which is always right on time. Customer Service:

I prefer using Tree Fort Bikes and their website over any other LBS to date.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary:
I have purchased a number of items from Tree Fort both in their store and through their website. In both cases their prices were extremely competitive. In the store the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the online site is easy to navigate and find what you want. Customer Service:

I prefer to shop at my local bike store, and Tree Forts website allows me to do that even at 2 am. I also like the fact that they are very involved in the community and local biking groups.
