Shop Summary:
A mid-size bike shop located in Ypslanti, Mi which operates a large scale cycling retail website (treefortbikes.com). Store retails Cannondale and Giant. Shop stocks road, mountain, and recreational bikes along with several parts and accessories.

Customer Service:
My fiance and I are both new to road biking and we came here to purchase our new bikes- we went with a pair of CAAD9's. It is somewhat intimidating to be brand new to the sport of road biking and venturing into a shop for the first time. The staff was very welcoming, offering both valuable cycling insight as well as helpful product/ gear suggestions. The staff meticulously fit our bikes and ensured every element of the fit was to our satisfaction- they hand measured everything here twice.

The customer service at Treefort is exceptional. The staff are polite and always willing to help. I truly feel that the employees here are trying to find whats best for you rather than simply sell you the most expensive product or old stock.

Other Comments:
After hours and hours of research online, I found that Treefort has the best prices for bikes and most accessories that come with. For things that are more expensive here, the company has a price matching request (have not had to use it, however). Put simply, I have yet to see a product sold here that is priced as full MSRP. It simply does not happen here, even for the purchase of new road bikes. It is refreshing to see this honest a company. Thanks Treefort.

Shop Summary:
I have bought form them online they have pretty good prices, somethings are priced higher than other but they also have many lower priced items. They also have a large selection of products.

Customer Service:
I once ordered a product from them that turned out to be out of stock they notified me by email apologized and then notified when the item was in-stock asking me to call them if I still wished to order. Both emails appeared to be from a real person not an automated message.
