Weekend Warrior Shop Summary:
The guys at Tree Fort have been a huge help. I am local to area of their shop and it is fantastic to have access to such a sizable selection as opposed to waiting for something to ship. Their prices are more than reasonable and the service is top notch. I have picked up a wide variety of parts and accessories and appreciate their knowledge of our local trails. There is something pretty cool about coming out of the woods and finding the guys who just hooked you up on their way in to hit the same trail after closing up shop.

Downhiller Shop Summary:
They have good prices and a good selection. I ordered online so I'm not sure if the actual shop has all of the same things available. Customer Service:
I got an email from them right after I ordered and I haven't heard anything since. I ordered, a chain, a cog and spacers to convert to single speed. They have done nothing with this order in 3 days. That is one day to put each item into the box. That is unacceptable. I ordered from this site because of the location, I knew with UPS ground, the shipping would only take one day. If they ever decide to ship it, I'm sure UPS will hold up their end of the deal. Other Comments:
I understand that I am not their only customer and that they can't drop everything to send me the things I ordered but 3 days to process a small order is a bit much. I work in the shipping industry and if I took that long to fill an order I would be promptly fired. I will not be ordering from this site ever again.

Excellent product selection on their website and excellent instore inventory.
They were available to do on the spot minor repairs when most shops will tell you that you have to drop your bike off for a week for a 20min job like getting a cable replaced. Customer Service:
Customer service excellent. I choose in-store pickup for my order. I called on the way over to the shop to add some pedals to the order and they handled it no problem.
One of the best bike store experiences I have had to date. I WILL be making this my number 1 place for online orders.
