Shop Summary:
Shop is clean and fully stocked with road and mountain bikes.
He had some hard to locate tire sealant that I was looking for.

Customer Service:
Sales person was friendly and fast

Other Comments:
I have been there only once and was asking if he could loosen my cassette on the rear wheel. I had the wheel cleaned and off the bike.
By no means a hard job.
They charged my $5 for the 30 sec job.
For a first impression, that seemed like something you would do to keep a good customer relationship.
I would have certainly returned if that had been a customer service
"treat". Now I am thinking about going to the shop next door.
Got a lock nut release tool off the internet and will start doing my own little repairs.
Will come back for parts.
