Shop Summary:
I had great advice, great service and the shop did excellent work on a custom bike for me.

Customer Service:
I consulted Matt for a custom build of a long distance gravel bike. His advice was spot on and within a couple weeks the shop had completed building a very custom Niner RLT for me. A couple days later I headed out on a 400 mile ride with it. It was awesome.

Shop Summary:
Your basic shop. They work on bikes right behind the main counter which is kind of cool. They sell used, new, and rent to the tourists here.

Customer Service:
Depends on who is working when you come in. Matt is excellent to deal with; the old man/owner, not so much.

Was given an insultingly low offer by the old man on my $3000 2013 Cannondale mountain bike, which had about 200 miles on it and was in mint condition (I bought it not knowing much about bikes and decided it was not the type of riding I enjoyed). I was offered $200 for it. Yes, you heard that right, $200 for a $3000 bike in mint condition! Obviously I walked. He was not even open to negotiation. He stated that he likes the Giants better and would have a very hard time selling this bike for even $500 in his store.

Certain staff members are also very condescending towards those who are not into racing/more serious riding.

I like the physical layout of the shop, but the service is horrid (except for Matt like I said, who I have bought some tubes from in the past).

Oh, and that bike I triad to trade that he said he wouldn't be able to sell? I got $2600 for it on Craigslist a week later.
