Bike Shop Owners! We have a new feature we call the Rating Badge. The Rating Badge is a small graphic image (150x58 pixels) that displays your shop's rating and number of reviews on Mtbr.com. You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML code found in the Rating Badge section of your review page. More details about the Rating Badge here»

Great Cyclocross selection. Carries Marin Bikes also. Nice Variety - very few shops take the risk of carrying so many brands, so deep. Easy to find (right off highway 169), good hours. Staff is superior.

Non-conforming, non-concept store. Possibly the largest store in the twin cities area. Well lit and clean, could possibly use a few more accessories, but all in all has a great selection.

check out their blog at http://thbackdoor.blogspot.com/

The best part is Larry Sayler, bike shop owner extrodinair.

he knows it all, shares it all, loves it all. too bad he doesn't have time to ride it all!

Winter lines include: Ellipticals, Treadmills, Trainers and Rollers. Spin bikes too; even a Spin Class. Yup, get together with other roadies and ride inside two nights a week.

Shop Summary:
The shop is well stocked with average prices

Customer Service:
customer service is where they stand out to me. Staff is very knowlegable on generals and well as technical aspects. I was very pleased when I had a question that the salesperson did not know, he prompty got someone who did know instead of "trying their best guess" like some other shops. OVer all very impressed

Other Comments:
I will shop their again for my MTB needs

Shop Summary:
Shop felt well-stocked and was in constant motion. There wasn't a moment where someone wasn't in for service or shopping and the staff handled it all with ease. Prices were not spectacular, but felt fair and in looking at the market, average in comparison to other bike shops.

Customer Service:
Excellent customer service. The staff were all approachable, honest in their assessments of the products and potential fit for our family. There was not pressure to buy, just the desire to make sure we were getting something that worked well for us individually.

Other Comments:
I would highly recommend the shop and we would go back.
