Our service department utilizes an appointment system to schedule repairs. This allows you to keep your bike until we are going to work on it and makes it possible for us to provide you with fast turnaround, usually only 48 hours. We do quick repairs while you watch from our viewing area or browse our store.
All of our friendly mechanics have extensive training and are experienced in road bike repair. We use torque wrenches to tighten all fasteners. Tune-ups are returned with a detailed checklist verifying all the work that has been performed on your bike. We use the highest quality replacement parts. All bikes we work on are test ridden to ensure quality, and our workmanship is guaranteed for 60 days.
We use the internationally recognized bikefitting.com system for fitting your bike for optimum performance and comfort. We understand that every customer has unique needs that require going "beyond the numbers" to help you achieve your maximum potential.
