Racer Shop Summary: This shop has a great selection of bikes and accessories. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and are very knowledgeable about the products. Sports hut is always me first choice of area shops for new bikes, and for service. Customer Service: I've always gotten great service at sports hut. I do a fair amount of my own bike work, and so i'm really picky about the quality of work done on my bike. Sport hut has always fixed my bike right the first time the i've brought it in.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: I have been going here since I started riding,no matter what the need is they are able to help and help me find what works best for me. I have refered many people to the store without any regret or hesitance, knowing they will be taken care of.
It is also nice they dont try to sell you something just cause its new on the market,if its not tested and proven they would rather not sell it to you. Customer Service: This is where the Sports Hut really excel.whenever I have had a problem,it is resolved. more times then not If my bike requires minor adjustments etc. they will do it on the spot and the work is done right.
If I leave a bike it is ussually done before the time I was told and I get a call. The service is a nother reason I refer people to this store.
They are pros

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Sports Hut is a friendly neighborhood sporting goods store located in upscale Wayzata, where the goods reflect the local needs. My favorite is the bike portion of the store, where they have a surprisingly huge inventory of anything from feather-weight road & mountain bikes down to little kiddo bikes with training wheels and streamers. Skis of all genres (alpine & nordic) are another specialty of theirs in the winter months, but you can buy equipment for waterskiing, hockey, sailing, Lacrosse, soccer, and more. Customer Service: The staff are all extremely helpful, energetic, and knowledgeable. Every time I've brought my bike in, they have handled it almost immediately. Joe will often make small unsolicited tweaks to derailers and brakes, simply because he hates to see a bike in sub-optimal condition. Great service.

Racer Shop Summary: They carry a nice selection of product, from Mountain, Road, Cruiser, etc... This is a sporting goods store, as well as a bike shop; so, all of my shopping needs are met with one place. Customer Service: The customer service is second to non. If they don't have a product you are looking for in stock, they will make every effort to get it for you. Their service area is great. If I need minor adjustments, and they have the time, I can usually get it done right away. Otherwise, it is with a minimal delay. The work is always spot on, and they always check the bike out when I bring it in; so that there are not any surprises.
