Shop Summary:
A wonderful little shop where it seems the employees all seem to care first about your biking.

Customer Service:
I can't give their service anything other than a five as they were unbelievably willing to work with me. Beyond that, I go in once, question about several bikes and then e-mail back with some questions, go in again to purchase and each time they knew me by name. I don't feel like I can overstate the quality of their service. Beyond that I definately felt I was getting the honest opinions of the employees rather than a jump to the most expensive thing I could afford like some other shops in the area tend to do.

Other Comments:
I was honestly a little beyond jaded about LBSs in general consider what you often pay in mark-up compared to online. However, I decided to look around at some of them for my new bike. This shop seemed to me to be worlds beyond what I expect of any LBS. Their prices (although there is a mark-up beyond internet prices) are still very much within reason and their willingness to deal with with my unending goofy questions and requests for retrofit from stock were pratically met with glee.
