Shop Summary:
The place seems very inviting and is close to where I live . At first the store seems very professional however after you purchase and may need a warranty or service . It reveals customer service that lacks any honesty and shows they do sell JUNK !

Customer Service:
Customer service is more than poor . Twice this summer I have had a repair go days past when they said they would be done . I have had new pedals that didn't last 25 days before breaking and I was told to take it up with the manufacturer. And another repair for a broken spoke that was supposed to be done the next day but they "Forgot" to call so it was 4 days . So I picked it up and stupid me forgot to double check their work so a few days later went I went to ride it for the first time since the repair I discovered the spoke had not been replaced and the rim was still wobbling. I also got the pleasure of paying for a rebuild of the crank on a bike that had less than 200 miles of paved bike path riding.

Other Comments:
As a customer I prefer to take my bike repairs to the professionals for safety and dependability issues. I am very disappointed in ERIKS in Rochester MN .

Shop Summary:
Hit or miss. I've gotten good service from knowledgeable people at the Vadnais Heights store. I've been generally surprised by the lack of knowledge from staff at the Eagan store.

Customer Service:
Customer service has been pretty good. I did feel more pressured to buy things at the Eagan store than I wanted. I've had a few people at this location who were surprisingly ill-informed about very simple things (for example, I called and asked for a specific tire in a specific size and the person didn't know how what I was looking for, I had to explain several times and finally say "road tire" because he was looking at fat tires).

Other Comments:
If you need a part that you can't find elsewhere Erik's is great. They have a lot more things in stock than you can find most other places.

For first-time buyers or for repairs, I would go to a local shop.

Shop Summary:
ERIK'S IN BLOOMINGTON ROCKS THEY HAVE THE BEST MECHANICS AROUND.. RYAN THE SERVICE MANGER GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND TO FINE STUFF YOU NEED OR QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT HAVE. EVEN THOUGH IT'S A CHAIN STORE THE BLOOMINGTON ONE FEELS LIKE A SMALL SHOP. WHERE THEY KNOW BY NAME. ON THE PHONE OR IN PERSON...

Customer Service:
ANY AGE OR LEVEL ARE WELCOME THERE. THEY DO NOT STRUT AROUND IN BIKE SHOES AND SPANDEX WITH THEIR NOSES HIGH UP IN THE AIR.. LIKE THAT OTHER BIG CHAIN STORE IN BLOOMINGTON/RICHFIELD ON PENN AVE. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THOSE BOZO'S AGAIN..

I need to take a minute to toss out big props to the service team at the Erik's Woodbury shop. I've been getting reliable, consistently professional support from Dave T. and Brad for some time and just needed to let people know how knowledgeable these guys are. I trust these guys' advice. They're there to keep you on a safe ride, not run up a service bill. BTW - they're great at taking the time to educate you on proper maintenance. Thanks guys!

Shop Summary:
Bought new carbon fiber 29er. Was told to come back in a few hours so they could go over bike and set up. Came back few hours later tires had less than 20 lbs of air, handelbars loose, bicycle pump placed in ridiculous position. Very poor quality work. Been back twice to add equipment upgrades same poor service loose parts poorly installed.

Other Comments:
So disappointed with bike and service can't wait to sell bike and buy from another store that values their customers
