Shop Summary:
I need to take a minute to toss out big props to the service team at the Erik's Woodbury shop. I've been getting reliable, consistently professional support from Dave T. and Brad for some time and just needed to let people know how knowledgeable these guys are. I trust these guys' advice. They're there to keep you on a safe ride, not run up a service bill. BTW - they're great at taking the time to educate you on proper maintenance. Thanks guys!

Shop Summary:
Bought new carbon fiber 29er. Was told to come back in a few hours so they could go over bike and set up. Came back few hours later tires had less than 20 lbs of air, handelbars loose, bicycle pump placed in ridiculous position. Very poor quality work. Been back twice to add equipment upgrades same poor service loose parts poorly installed.

Other Comments:
So disappointed with bike and service can't wait to sell bike and buy from another store that values their customers

I moved to Coon Rapids two years ago, Eriks is 3-blocks away so I went their first, best thing i ever did. The people their are great and take care of what needs to be taking care of. I had a problem with a Siris bike rack I did not even buy it their, but it had a lifetime guarantee they took care of it. All the people their are fantastic, they run the shop like it should be ran, the customer is important. The mechanics know bikes, they do what needs to be done, know more especially Brian he knows bikes. I would recommend Coon Rapids Eriks to anyone who wants the job done right.

ALL I CAN SAY IS A+++ ALL THE WAY ! . FIRST TIME THERE, WALKING IN THE DOOR. I WAS MET BY THE NICEST BUNCH OF PEOPLE. THERE SALES STAFF REALLY NEW THERE STUFF ABOUT THERE SPECIALIZED BIKES. i HAD A BIKE IN THE TRUCK AND CRACKED A BACK RIM THE DAY BE FOR THE TOURDECURE 64 MILE BIKE RIDE. THEY LOOKED HIGH AND LOW TRYING TO HELP ME OUT. COULD NOT FIND A MAVIC RIM THE RIGHT SIZE FOR MY BIKE THE MANAGER WAS GOING TO LEND ME A SET OF WHEELS FOR THIS CHARITY EVENT THAT I HAD RAISED A TON OF MONEY . AT THE LAST MOMENT HE CAME THROUGH WITH A SUPER SET OF WHEEL. I BOUGHT EASTON EC 90 AERO CARBON CLINCHERS. THE RIDE WENT SUPER.. THE NEXT WEEK I CAME BACK TO THE STORE AND BOUGHT A SUPER ROAD BIKE FROM THERE SALES STAFF. I WANT TO GIVE DANIAL,MATT AND THE HEAD OF SERVICE THERE A SPECIAL THANK YOU !.......... WITH OUT YOUR HELP I COULD NOT HAVE MADE IT ! SINCERELY CHRIS SAGER

I recently purchased a Parlee SL5 road bike from Erik's in St. Louis Park, MN. Number one Chris Rogers went out of his way to have the bike built in time for my departure to Texas for a week long ride. (This means a lot to me!) Chris went out of his way to communicate the schedule to me even on his days off/out of the store.

The service team supported Chris when he needed it and were on top of their game.

I am very pleased and hope the riding experience is as fun as the process of purchasing this great bike.
