Been there once

Shop Summary:
I stopped by this shop the other day to check out a bike. When you pull into the parking lot you will be impressed with the size of the building, and once you step inside you will be even more impressed with the high-end bike inventory, and their excellent selection of merchandise. They have lots of eye candy.

You will not be impressed however, when you take a look at their prices. They tack on an additional $200 over the manufactured suggested retail price (MSRP) on their bikes! They justify the ultra-high price because they claim that their bikes are professionally assembled, they offer a professional fit, and they provide a 30-day tune-up. I found that their inflated prices were not justified for several reasons. I test rode three different bikes with the following results: none of the three bikes shifted properly, one had a saddle that was significantly tilted downward, and another had a front wheel that was rubbing the fork! The truly sad thing is that they knew I was coming, and had 2 hours to prepare! So much for the professional assembly. Also, the salesman made several comments that were untrue, the mechanics were rude, and seemingly inept.

Other Comments:
Go shop there if you enjoy paying hundreds of dollars over MSRP.
