Bike Shop Owners! We have a new feature we call the Rating Badge. The Rating Badge is a small graphic image (150x58 pixels) that displays your shop's rating and number of reviews on Mtbr.com. Steve and the other employees here are great people. They are very nice and easy to talk to. They have a nice shop. I would not by a bike from them and it says alot that the owner does not ride one either. He rides an awesome moot, enough said. Here is the problem with the shop. I do not think they know what there doing. I walked in there one day to by a bleed kit and the guy working on bikes rang me up. He asked, " Is it hard to bleed brakes? I have never done it." WOW!?!? I was shocked. I have had my bike serviced there a few times and finally got fed up with the quality of work done. They are great business men because there is only two shops in town, but there bike knowledge is severely lacking. You would be better off doing the work yourself than taking your ride here. They are expensive services for the work actually done. Plus it takes on average about two weeks for a basic tune up. They are poorly organized when fixing bikes. BEWARE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS SHOP.

Shop Summary:
Nice Shop. I would not buy anything in there. They are expensive and they never really have anything I need. Ordering parts through them takes forever.

Customer Service:
Nice people. Crappy bike work

Other Comments:
Service at this shop is not even worth considering. Its expensive and takes way to long for a lack luster fix.
