Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Very Unprofessional.
Bike was in this guy's shop for 3 weeks, couldn't order the right part, then wouldn't order the right part because he didn't want to pay for shipping. They wouldn't repair a spoke. They wouldn't degrease my chain because the "mechanic" couldn't take it off. They wouldn't true my tires. They stripped my crank, didn't tell me, and my pedal fell off before a race. Customer Service: Nonexistant
When I told the owner, he stated it was his busy season? Stated that the other repairs didn't get done because he did not write them down on the ticket, and that was not his fault because he was basically too busy to write it down. I hurt his sensitive feelings because I used a little profanity. Who wouldn't be cussing after being bent over like that?? Told me I had a bad attitude for being upset. Other Comments: If you are a mountain biker, do not use this shop. They know nothing about mountain bikes. They don't respect mountain bikes/bikers. Not real sure if they know anything about road bikes either.
Do not go to ProBike. They should change their name to either AmateurBike or Busch League Bike. Definitely not professional. Their bike/equipment selection is also expensive and lacking. They don't have much there. Don't waste your gas driving over there.
