If they dont have it in the shop. They can order it... With a steep markup of course, but what bike shop doesn't. I wish there was more of a selection. I do not really care for the new location, it is definitely a downgrade from the last place. Customer Service:
Sometimes its good, sometimes it very bad. It depends on who you are I guess. Be careful of which tech is doing the work on your bike. Some do well, others not so much. Other Comments:
If you bring your bike in prepare for a long return time. Sometimes up to 3-4 weeks. I have been in there a few times to pick up my ride, it would not be ready, and the techs are working on there own bikes. Your better off going else where.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary:
The shop is nice. It has grown a lot over the past couple of years. The owner is a great person and he will try to help you out anyway he can. I did not buy a bike from there but if I did I would of probably had a better experience. I have found that the other bike shop in town does a little better job. My bike does not always ride well after tune ups from active oxford. I am definitely a fan of their shop but I am a little unsure about their service. I guess its just who is working on your bike. This place is good but it is not great. Customer Service:
They will help you with anything there. They have a good selection of cloths and other biking accessories. They can also order you anything you need although anyone can do that with the internet. Service time is pretty poor. On average it takes about two weeks for a tune up. I have had shorter and longer wait times though. It kinda depends on the time of year. I have tied to learn how to do most of the work on my bike myself because the quality of the tune up does vary at this shop. I would not refer this shop if you need wheel work done. I have not had the best experience with that here. They are great guys in there and they are very helpful with any questions you may have. I like this shop alot because they do do some upkeep on the local trails THANK YOU. Other Comments:
I do not agree with either of the previous post. I don't know what those to guys were thinking. This place is nice and if you need some small maintenance on your bike I would recommend this place. If some big problems come up you may be better served if you went to Memphis or some larger city with more bike shops.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary:
It is great to have a shop where the owner is a part of the cycling/racing community. All of their equipment is outstanding and made to be beaten up. The bike service there has always been perfect for me. I don't know what the crap these others are talking about.
