Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Nice shop with a decent selection of bikes and parts. Low pressure staff, maybe a bit too laid back. Let's just say when I've been there, they definitely didn't talk my leg off. But I usually don't have much time to spend hanging out anyway. Customer Service: Honestly have only dealt with them a couple times. Took my bike in for a tuneup and to have a new headset installed. Reasonable prices and they got the job done. I'd patronize them again.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Mesa Cycles is a well organized shop with plenty of space to browse their products. Some local shops I've been in hardly allow you to breathe they are so small and packed with merchandise. The selection is excellent too. Customer Service: The customer service was top notch. Mesa was the 4th shop that I visited in search of my Rockhopper Comp Disc. I visited other shops that were much closer to my house and had a much worse experience. At one of them, I wasn't even acknowledged and the salesman even bumped into me as he walked by due to the lack of open space in the building. At Mesa, I was greeted as I entered and promptly assisted by their sales staff. My salesman knew the product I was looking at and the product line from Specialized very well. As we were talking back by the mechanics, one of them even chimed in to help explain something. Old school customer service in a modern and efficient environment. Don't pass them up for your next purchase. Other Comments: I don't normally offer ratings of 5 when they range is 1-5, but I don't feel 4 does justice. Visit Mesa Cycles and receive the service and respect that you deserve.
