You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML code found in the Rating Badge section of your review page. More details about the Rating Badge here»

Shop Summary:
Small selection of accesories, and pretty much everything. Didnt bother me, or really even acknowledge me until I approached them directly. Crappy parking situation.

Customer Service:
They certainly know how to work the register.

Other Comments:
cycle extreme, go there

Shop Summary:
If you like Kona, trust me, they have it. Overall bike supply is pretty low, however.

Great selection of odd parts that the other shops don't carry.

Customer Service:
Great or terrible, depending on who's on-hand. They rarely have a large group of customers, so plan on being watched by all the sales guys' eyes as you enter and wonder around the store.

Typical visit:

"May I help you?"
"Naw, I'm just browsing, thanks." *walk over near pumps*
"Sooo, you're looking for a new pump today!"
"Huh? Oh, no just looking, thanks." *wonder over to see a new Kona frame*
"So, you looking for a new bike!?"
"No, just checking it out." (please leave me alone) *walk over to the accessories counter*
"Sooo.... what can I help you find today?"

Well, a sales staff that doesn't pester customers would be a great start. They're about as annoying as car salesmen & will hound you most of your visit. Hey, sometimes you just want to have a look around, maybe impulse shop...

I've actually walked out of the store without buying something I needed just because they wouldn't leave me alone for 30 seconds.

Returns: I once returned an item that didn't work out for me, and was pretty much hounded for an excuse as to why I didn't want it before he refunded my money.

Other Comments:
On the other hand... they will often have those rare accessories the other local shops don't carry. I was also once given a part for free after buying another part. The (rare) great sales guy thought I might also like to try out a part similar to something I was already buying, so he just gave it to me and told me to enjoy.

He, alone, ended my two-year personal boycott of the store.
