Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: pretty decent little shop, one of the best places to hang out during the lunch break. Customer Service: service here is excellent, mechanics are super friendly and try to help you out when they can. I've had several of my bikes in for a full tune-up only to get a call the next day telling me they knocked off a few bucks because there wasn't too much wrong with it. they have a pretty large used parts bin that is worth a look just for kicks. the mechanics are a great source for product information and have never steered me wrong. their main mechanic gene, builds the best wheels period. so if you're considering a hand built set, this should definitely be your first stop. Other Comments: beer and food are a currency of friendship around this place.
