Shop Summary:
I am a newbie to road biking and visited every bike shop in the northland. My roommate and i decided to buy our bikes from epic for several reasons... the staff are very knowledgeable and spent tons of hours with us trying to decide what bikes and accessories fit our needs the best... they have all kinds of specialized bikes for all budget types... Great Shop... Great Service

Customer Service:
Special ordered a lot of equipment... spent tons of hours showing us how to change a flat, put the bike on the bike rack, how to mount the bike rack, fit us for our bikes and gave us a great deal...

Other Comments:
This was far my favorite shop for a newbie rider... they answered all of our questions and were very patient... give free adjustments for the life of the bike and went above and beyond with the service and amount of hours spend helping us... I would recommend this shop to everyone...

Shop Summary:
This is not your typical bike shop but a one of a kind gem of a shop. They have everything you need whether you are a road or off road rider they have it all. Plenty of gear to make sure your all your needs are covered. The best thing about this shop is the staff. Last weekend they spent well over two hours helping my wife find the perfect bike and making sure it was the proper fit for her. I have now purchased three bikes here and they always make sure whatever you are buying fits your needs and they do no try to oversell you.

Customer Service:
First rate all the way around. Very knowledgeable staff that will help you out and treat you right every time. It makes no matter if you are buying a tube or dropping a couple grand on bike they will make sure you are taken care of. Their Mechanic Mark is one of the best in the KC area and does superior work.

Other Comments:
Wonderful store to stop in a visit. Great selection of clothes, gear and of course top notch bikes. If they do not have what you need they can get it a very competitive prices. Shops like this one are why I try to buy locally because without them biking would not be as much fun as it is. They also support and sponsor a lot of local events and races. Great shop and they have a great staff.
