Shop Summary:
The spoke shop offers a wide variety of mountain and road bike products. They carry a full line of Specialized and Trek bikes, both women's and men's. They have a full service department. They also carry accessories ranging from Specialized and Oakley Optics to Camelbaks and bike racks. They also have a cross country ski department during the season.

Customer Service:
They have a very knowledgable staff there that have been together for as long as i can remember. They know what they're doing and always have tons of great ideas. I've never had any issues with customer service there. Just ask for Jim Downs(owner) or Dan or Ed. They all have tons of riding experience both road and moutain biking and well be happy to hook you up with whatever you need.

I'd never go anywhere else.
