Shop Summary:
Well kempt shop with good selection of equipment. They stock some nice bikes, great parts and accessories. They don't bother with a lot of the junk out there which tells me they put alot of thought into what they order. Having rentals is a great asset for tourists.

Customer Service:
Services include newsletters and knowledgeable staff will always steer you right. Trails, maintenance, parts, and accessories, they cover it all.

Other Comments:
Issues with special orders have me wondering if everyone is on the same page, and docks them a chile.

Shop Summary:
Glacier Cyclery has been the bike shop I've taken my bike to for as long as I can remember, and they always do a great job. From repairs, to sales, to advice on trails, this bike shop covers everything.

Customer Service:
As soon as someone walks in the door, an employee attends to them. Everyone is helped as soon as possible. This goes along with repairs as well as sales. Everything is done in an efficient manner to get you and your bike back on the trail.

Other Comments:
Glacier Cyclery has a nice friendly feel to it. They have a great selection of products, excellent mechanical work, and a rental line up that is second to none.

The techs working there are awesome. They gave me a full tune up on my Jamis that I bought from them in one hour so that I could go back to college with my bike. They are really cool and knowledgable.
