Cross Country Rider Shop Summary:
Lots of stuff, great mechanical expertise, and friendly service. Every time I walk in somebody says hi and asks if I need help within a few seconds. The guys are busy, but still take time to pay attention to you. They know bikes well, have pretty good stock, and will order parts quickly if they don't have them in stock. Also, they carry telemark ski stuff in the winter - how cool. Of the five bike shops in Bozeman, this is my favorite. Customer Service:
Excellent. The mechanics make sure not to ignore anybody, even when the shop is full and they're trying to get stuff done in the back. Other Comments:
I ran into the entire staff doing a group ride one weekend. They're just as nice outside of the shop as inside.
