Shop Summary:
This is a great new shop for us in town. Very friendly and inviting with none of the "too cool" vibe that some bikes shops have. There great people working in the shop area that is wide open so you can see how and what they are doing to bikes. No backroom games here. JoyRide has a huge facility with a lot of product out to support any cyclist. They have a nice seating area, a room to try clothing on, along with two customer restrooms. I would guess they have 100 bikes on display. JoyRide the Specialized dealer in Lincoln.

Customer Service:
From the moment I walked in to JoyRide I felt comfortable. I was greeted properly and my issues were listened to with out judgment. I truly felt like I was a long time customer even though it was my first time in the shop. I needed to have a warranty issue looked at and they were quick to respond. JoyRide was able to expedite my issue to the manufacturer, secure options for me and help me come up with the best possible outcome. I can't say enough about this level of customer service and they have earned a patron for life.

The good people at JoyRide have blew me away at every turn with their attitude, knowledge and customer service. My hat goes off to the owners: Shawn, David and Pat. I wish you the best in your new endeavor!
