Shop Summary:
Very clean and well organized. Good selection of mountain bikes (specialized, santa cruz, kona, and those others that people mentioned). Great rental bike selection as well. They even rent downhill bikes. They have the best selection of FR and DH rigs in town. If FR or DH is your thing, this is the shop for you. All bikes are easily accessible so that you can ride them and fiddle with them. Not a shop roadies belong in. This is very focused on the more hardcore mountain bikers.

Customer Service:
Excellent. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and is willing to make suggestions on what a customer should purchase. They won't simply push you toward the most expensive items like some shops, they will match you with what you need. They are a very interactive staff. No one that walks into the shop is ignored. If there is something you want they will order it in a jiffy and get it to you ASAP. Superb customer service. I've heard excellent things about they service shop as well.

Other Comments:
I have purchased most of my DH safety equipment from AMC, including helmet, body armor, shoes, jersey. Will definitely buy my Santa Cruz V10 from these guys once I can afford it and assuming I stay in Vegas now that I've finished school. Very trustworthy people. Drew does an excellent job running the shuttle for the downhillers up in the mountain bike park (bootleg canyon). Expect nothing less than a happy enthusiastic staff because that's how they always are.

Shop Summary:
Great selection of bikes from road to XC to AM to FR to DH from inexpensive to boutique. Good location at the foot of the trails in Bootleg Canyon. Plus, lots of cool clothes and other gear not to mention one of the best mechanic fixit shops I've been in. Joey has been able to fix every problem I've had and get me out the door to go riding asap! They run the DH shuttle at Bootleg every weekend til the summer heat hits. Great shop-great trails-great guys!!

Customer Service:
Super helpful crew who has been able to get me in and out of the shop quick no matter what the mechanical issue thanks to Joey who is a master mechanic. Jeff knows all there is to know about bikes from suspension to road to bmx-an owner who's been riding all his life and shares the passion. Drew is super helpful & knowledgeable and is the shuttle driver on the weekends-one hip cat. All three guys will take their time to suggest a trail loop if you're new to the area or get you suited on the right bike for your type of riding. Its nice to see a shop where the crew is still enthusiatic, genuine and helpful about getting you riding! Great attitudes!

Other Comments:
I've become distrustful of shops in past but with AMC I totally trust these guys. I've bought from them in past and would buy from them again. Their customer service is great and they have huge stock for bikes/accessories. I've come to town without a bike before and rented from them-they've got a big selection of bikes to rent from DH to AM to FR to road...even some very high end rentals like a V10, Intense, etc. No attitude. One of my favourite bike shops in the world!
