Shop Summary:
Greg special ordered TWO steel-framed bikes for me (hard-tail MTB and commuter). He didn't charge me for shipping and even switched out parts at my request with no additional charge.

The two mechanics in the back (sorry, didn't get their names) spent more than an hour with me dialing in both rides, and even took the time to teach me how to maintain my Avid BB7's and Fox fork.

I'm highly impressed with the Bicycle Bananas shop and their professional and friendly staff.

Shop Summary:
Found Bicyclebananas online while researching commuter bikes. I purchased a jamis commuter 3, and did save quite a bit over local prices. The bike arrived with one small cosmetic issue, and was corrected with one phone call. Otherwise the bike was perfect.

Customer Service:
Greg and Jeff were both very helpfull, and seemed to comunicate between each other on my questions, hell my doctors don't do that.

Shop Summary:
It's funny that the review immediatly preceding mine was not there when I decided to order my Iron Horse Sunday online from Nevada to New York. I wasnt to psyched to spend $2400.00 bucks sight unseen but I took the chance and I will say I got exactly what I expected with no drawbacks at all. The bike was a price that I determined was the best after searching bike shops and the internet and most impotantly it arrived as promised with no complications. What else can you ask for? I had never ordered a bike on the web and had serious reservations. I had the mechanic at Diablo (mountain creek) install the fork and I had a blast on the day of delivery. Very Nice

Customer Service:
I spoke to a couple of different people at the shop and both were friendly, but I knew what I wanted and pretty much just ordered the bike. As I said it arrived as promised with no complications.

Ordered a bike from them online.

Customer Service:
So often people leave reviews only after having a bad experience. I would like to take this opportunity to leave some glowing comments for Bicycle Bananas and their team after finding a tremendous online deal. The guys at BB were polite and courteous and were always eager to answer my questions even after I called back several times when additional questions popped into my head. The transaction was smooth and the bike arrived built as stated in their FAQs and I only needed to put on the wheels, seat, pedals and handlebars. Everything else was tuned and ready.

I can't say enough about how thrilled I was with the deal, the transaction, and the friendly customer service provided by the team at Bicycle Bananas.

Shop Summary:
Really helpful and friendly! Called to get a mountain bike and they guided me to get a great bike (MKIII Expert!) which is a perfect fit and was really cheap. Bike arrived shortly after I ordered and was better than expected. I'll defenetely will shop there again.

Other Comments:
Bike was great! It was a little heavier than what I wanted but the frame works great for XC riding.
