Cross Country Rider Customer Service:
I have gone on Red Rock tour with them, and have rented bike to travel to Red Rock on my own. Bikes were great and service was great.It stops their. I just called and wanted to rent 2 bikes for a week.I was told they do not take reservations!Yet on their web site they advertise they have daily and weely rentals.I was told it was on a first come first serve.It should be explained on you web site that you do not take reservations for rentals. I was told it was policy and not to expect any more. In a hurting economy you would think they would service a returning customer.Waiting to here back from Kurt and Jarrett with your explanation.

The mecca of bike shops in the Vegas area. Biggest selection and most helpful staff I have encountered. Customer Service:
The customer service is top notch here......There is one particular mechanic there who really went the extra mile for me. He did everything he could to get me going and save me money at the same time. Very good guy.
