Shop Summary:
good equipment, good prices. convenient location to riding

Customer Service:
very poor . unfriendly, not helpful. I took a vacation to vegas and planned 2 days of riding. I had fun my first day on the trails. I had such a miserable experience w/ the manager that I could not see giving that mean person any more money on day two. AS much as I love biking I just did a 5 mile hike instead to aviod dealing w/ the costomer service again.

Shop Summary:
Nice shop. If you ride cottonwood and need a repair, this is the place to stop in. Very knowledgeable and quick service.

Customer Service:
Lara, the new manager of the Bike Outpost, does an excellent job. Big change from the previous management that was at the location.

Shop Summary:
The place basically has a lock on the Cottonwood area so there is no competition otherwise this place would be out of business.

Customer Service:
Customer service? Unfortunately I don't think the guy working at Bike Outpost even knows what that customer service means. He was the rudest most angry person I have ever encountered during thousands of transactions at various businesses. I won't be back, and none of my friends will either.
