Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: I was recently in this shop for the first time on a fluke- just happened to be in the area, as it is about 45 minutes from where I live. Lucky I did, as it is a great shop. I ended up speaking to Eric Donnell who works there, and because of the time he took with me, I will be a patron of this shop. They don't have a lot on the floor, but a lot of what they do have is quality. Their prices are excellent too- best I've seen in the area. In fact, I can't find the bikes that they have any cheaper on the web. Customer Service: Super friendly, everyone there is a lover of two wheels and it shows. Its a shop for riders, by riders. Check out their web-site and see for yourself- look at the owner's bio. Pretty cool. Other Comments: What a bike shop should be.

Racer Shop Summary: The best shop I've ever come across. Super-friendly. Extremely accommodating. Gives honest advice. Everyone in the shop rides, and it shows. The culture amongst the staff is very jovial and light-hearted. All in all, even if I were a couple hours away, I'd make the trip. Customer Service: Top notch service. Quick turn-around. They sell you what they think you need, not what makes them the most profit. They build relationships with their customers, and that's what makes them special. Always patient and accommodating. On more than one occasion, someone would stay past closing just to finish working on my bike so I could ride the next day. And when they began teaching me how to fix my own bike so that I wouldn't have to keep going there to spend precious time and money, I knew they were great people. Other Comments: Sadly, college has pulled me away to Pittsburgh. But if I were anywhere in a 4hour drive radius, I would undoubtedly make the trip to give them my business because they deserve it. They are that good.
