Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: This shop is solid. The guys work hard and get things done right. They don't have the typical air of bigger bike shops. The techs and the sales guys will stop what they're doing to make sure you get personal attention when you walk through the door. There's no pressure selling, and no pushing. Great selection of bikes accompanied by great product knowledge. They are willing to help out and get what you need, fast.
Customer Service: Customer service is out of this world. They ordered a replacement fork for me, and worked with the manufacturer to make sure I got a better, stronger fork than the one I busted, at a fair price. They are quick to turn a bike around, and, work just as hard to make sure customers are satisfied as they do at making sure your bike is running tip-top when it leaves the store. Other Comments: Check these guys out only if you like honest, home grown and down to earth people and top notch service, bikes, parts, and advice.

Racer Shop Summary: I just spoke with the owner at an event. He's a super friendly guy who is patient and will listen to you.
I've never been to the shop (an probably won't as I'm in MA)...but if he is a reflection of his shop, it must be a pretty awesome bike shop. Customer Service: He was not the arrogant, snotty guy you get at some other shops like ____, _____, ______....
Very good customer service. Other Comments: I can't accuratley judge their prices, repair ability, etc, but I gave them 5's anyway.
