Shop Summary:
Very nice shop. Have most items in stock. Great selection of bikes.

Customer Service:
Great customer service even if you only go into the shop once. Always treated me great and always willing to help and answer questions.

Other Comments:
Had to find a new bike shop after having a falling out with my old shop (new owner and just was never the same) and I am really glad I decided to go to Nault's.

Shop Summary:
Good shop, very similar prices compared to other shops in the area, which means - kinda pricey. Paid much more for a bike than seems to be the going rate in other areas. Knowledgeable staff, though they didn't spend too much time worrying about proper fit compared to other shops.

Customer Service:
Good service when they aren't busy. If they are crowded you will wait, but thats to be expected, as there are only so many employees to go around.

Other Comments:
Would rate higher if the CS was just a touch better. I didn't see much incentive to stay loyal to this shop over others, and thus I'm just as likely to visit other LBS's in the area.
