Bike Shop Owners! We have a new feature we call the Rating Badge. The Rating Badge is a small graphic image (150x58 pixels) that displays your shop's rating and number of reviews on Mtbr.com. You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML code found in the Rating Badge section of your review page. More details about the Rating Badge here»
Wheel Power Bicycle Shop

We Love to Ride...

That's why we're in this business. Naturally, because we love to ride, we get excited about new products. As a result, we only sell products we believe are a good value from a rider's perspective. If they're not a good value, we'll tell you they're not, and why they're not. We also use the products we sell. We take pride in our products whether it be hand-built wheels, an expert build from the frame up, or just a great pair of shorts. We're the first ones to admit when a product doesn't live up to expectations, and unlike some, we're there to make it right.

You won't find "the greatest ever" at Wheel Power...

You will find "the best for the job." In the real world everyone lives with compromises. We are here to help you understand which compromises will affect you, and which are less important. Based on these principals we sell a lot of great bicycles to deserving customers.

Shop Summary:
I no longer live in New Hampshire (in Virginia now) and it took some searching for me to find a shop like Wheel Power.
Work is always completed when they say it will be completed and it’s done right every time. Some problems are hard to diagnose (like squeaky pivots). They dig deep to get it solved. And to top it all off my repair bills are always way under what I what I thought they should be considering the effort required. I might also add they make you feel right at home when you go to their shop.

Customer Service:
Excellent

Shop Summary:
I got a very good deal on last years model Gary Fisher. They learned my name before I evan bought a bike from them. Just from bringing my bike in for work. They are quick to get the job done and do great work. Prices in the shop all around are average. They do always have a bargin bin though which is great!!!

Customer Service:
Nothing bad to say about the service yet. As far as I can see they are great!!
